Project Management
Infotek's project managers take ownership of each and every aspect of our projects. During the initial Joint Application Design session, the project manager identifies roles and responsibilities of each member of the team - yours and ours. Each member is assigned tasks, and each task is made part of the project management plan. The Infotek project manager is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of communication between all members so that each task is accomplished within the timeframe assigned.

Once the system is ready for installation, the project manager oversees the onsite installation, integration and training. Training
Prior to the completion of any installation, Infotek will provide a complete training session for end-users, scan operators, and system administrators. Drawing upon our experience, Infotek will train on the various uses of an imaging system, the best document capture solution for a company's workflow, and the best way to maintain the system.
